Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 31 August 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

LaxStat Pro ("the Service") is provided by Victor3 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you enter into an agreement with Victor3 on these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school, club or program, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization; if you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement.

2. Acceptance

By signing up for, accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. What the Service does

LaxStat Pro is a mobile-first web application for recording boys' and girls' lacrosse statistics: live event logging, offline queueing and synchronization, roster and schedule management, stat rollups, CSV exports and AI-generated game insight reports. Features may change as the Service evolves.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at nate@syncedai.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service within the plan and seat count you have selected. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, redistribute or sublicense the Service, nor circumvent seat limits, trial limits or other technical restrictions.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not misuse the Service. A complete, standalone Acceptable Use Policy is also available here. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law;
  • commit fraud, send spam or impersonate another person or organization;
  • infringe the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of others;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including uploading malware, probing or scanning systems, attempting unauthorized access to other organizations' data, or scraping the Service;
  • attempt to bypass seat limits, trial limits, authentication or other technical restrictions;
  • upload content about minors unless the organization has the lawful authority and, where required, consent to record and share it.

AI-generated insights and uploaded content

The Service uses automated models to generate coaching insight reports from your statistics and to extract structured roster and schedule data from images or PDFs you upload. You may not use these features to:

  • generate or distribute illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit or obscene content;
  • create deceptive impersonations, deepfakes or misleading representations;
  • attempt to make the model ignore its instructions, disclose system prompts, or produce harmful, malicious or infringing outputs (jailbreaking or prompt injection);
  • upload files you do not have the right to use, or that contain malware, spam or personally identifiable information you are not authorized to share;
  • rely on insight reports as medical, recruiting, legal or other regulated professional advice without independent human review.

Content moderation and takedown

We may refuse to generate outputs, remove or restrict content or outputs, suspend or terminate access, and report unlawful activity where we identify a material breach of these terms, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email nate@syncedai.ai with a clear description of the material and the basis for your claim, and we will review and respond promptly.

7. Your content and team data

You retain ownership of the rosters, games, statistics and files you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process and display that content solely to provide and support the Service. Team records belong to the organization that created them; when an individual member leaves or deletes their account, the organization's historical records remain and the departing member's personal details are anonymized.

Where you upload documents or images for roster and schedule import, they are processed to extract structured data and are not retained as source files.

8. AI-generated insights

The Service can generate written insight reports from your statistics using automated models. These outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate, are provided for informational purposes only, and should not be relied on as coaching, medical, recruiting or professional advice without your own review. You are responsible for how you use the outputs and for the accuracy of the data you supply. We may restrict or remove content or outputs that breach these terms.

9. Our intellectual property

We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, interface, documentation, trademarks and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.

10. Service level

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and connectivity problems can interrupt access. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Plans, payment and subscription terms

Current prices are shown on our Pricing page. Each team starts with a 7-day free trial; afterwards a paid subscription is required to continue logging stats, while existing records remain readable. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, and you can cancel from Account → Plan with effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Refund requests may be sent to nate@syncedai.ai and are processed through Stripe back to the original payment method.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment after the applicable grace period, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, write access ends; organization records are retained for the organization, and you may request an export or deletion of your personal data as described in our Privacy Notice.

13. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or anticipated savings. Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from the content you upload, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

15. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
