Last updated: 1 September 2026
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of LaxStat Pro (the "Service"), operated by Victor3. It supplements our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law;
- commit fraud, send spam or impersonate another person or organization;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of others;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including uploading malware, probing or scanning systems, attempting unauthorized access to other organizations' data, or scraping the Service;
- attempt to bypass seat limits, trial limits, authentication or other technical restrictions;
- use the Service to harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against any person or group;
- upload content about minors unless the organization has the lawful authority and, where required, consent to record and share it.
3. AI-generated insights
The Service uses automated models to generate coaching insight reports from your game statistics. You may not use these reports to:
- generate or distribute illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit or obscene content;
- create deceptive impersonations, deepfakes or misleading representations;
- attempt to make the model ignore its instructions, disclose system prompts, or produce harmful, malicious or infringing outputs;
- rely on insight reports as medical, recruiting, legal or other regulated professional advice without independent human review.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for how you use any AI-generated output. Outputs are provided for informational purposes only.
4. Uploaded content
You may upload images or PDFs to extract roster and schedule information. You may only upload files you have the right to use, and you must not upload files that contain malware, spam, or personally identifiable information you are not authorized to share. Uploaded source files are processed for extraction and are not retained.
5. Content moderation and enforcement
We may refuse to generate outputs, remove or restrict content or outputs, suspend or terminate access, and report unlawful activity where we identify a material breach of this policy, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. We may also take action to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights or the rights of others.
6. Reporting abuse or infringement
To report a violation of this policy or to notify us of infringing content, email nate@syncedai.ai with a clear description of the material, the URL or location, and the basis for your claim. We will review and respond promptly.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. Questions about this policy should be sent to nate@syncedai.ai.
