LaxStat Pro is operated by Victor3. Every team also gets a 7-day free trial before any payment is taken, so you can test the app on a real game first.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including a monthly renewal you did not intend to keep.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment provider. To request one, email us at nate@syncedai.ai with the email address used at checkout and we will help arrange it. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling instead of refunding

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Account → Plan. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current billing period; your games and stats stay readable afterwards. Extra seats can be removed the same way and reduce the next invoice.

Payment processor

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles payment collection, invoicing and refund mechanics on our behalf. If you have questions about a charge on your statement, you can also reach Stripe support through your Stripe receipt email.
